Return & Refund Policy

You can return your product to us under the following conditions (terms & conditions apply):
  • Damaged During Transit: If the item you received was damaged during shipping.
  • Manufacturer Fault: If the item you purchased is faulty due to a manufacturing defect.
Refund Eligibility:
  • Timely Returns: The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  • Approval Required: Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving approval.
  • Contact Us First: Please reach out to our customer service team at sales@nwmpa.com.au before returning the product to confirm eligibility.
  • Return at Your Expense: Returns should be made at your own cost, and the product must be in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Unused and Unopened: The item should be unused, unopened, and in perfect condition when returned.
  • Keep the Item Pristine: Do not write on or stick anything to the item or its packaging.
  • Potential Adjustments: Refund amounts may be adjusted if the item is damaged during return or does not meet the above conditions.
  • Non-Refundable Items: Only regular priced items are eligible for refunds; sale items cannot be refunded.
Refund Process:
  • Inspection and Notification: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of our decision to approve or deny the refund.
  • Refund Method: If approved, the refund will be processed, and credit will be applied to your credit card or original payment method. Please note, no cash refunds are available.
  • Processing Time: Refunds may take up to 7 days after we receive the returned item.
  • Return Shipping Cost: Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
